Summary

0.12.1 prevents duplicate Pickup runs across machines by reserving issues on origin before starting work (#788). All Pickup hosts must upgrade to honor reservations; after a crash, the Day shift must confirm the owner stopped before releasing its reservation.

• Commands started on the same issue in the same second keep separate logs, records, Session transcripts, Model evidence and review reports. Child Runs inherit the exact Command owner, and legacy history remains readable (Give same-second Commands distinct owned logs and records #797, Carry exact Command ownership through Session logs and child Runs #799, Spec: deepen Command log ownership to prevent same-second collisions #798).
• Transient GitHub reads retry up to three attempts, waiting 1s and then 2s, with retries recorded in progress and Command logs. Permanent and primary-quota failures return immediately; mutations remain single-attempt, and CI observation keeps its existing retry budget (Retry transient GitHub reads before failing a Pass #792).
• Resumed releases validate PR ownership, the exact head and the complete tree, accepting only the requested version bump. The same content check applies to pushed release branches without a PR, including resumes where a release is already tagged (Validate resumed release PR ownership and exact version bumps #679).
• Fresh releases wait for unfinished CI on the selected main commit and proceed only if it succeeds. Waiting has no overall timeout (Wait for main CI before starting a release #791).
