What to build

Setup asks about the Console.

• Whether to run the Console.

• If yes:

  • its whole address, with thirdshift.example.com shown as an example when nothing is detected;
  • the allowed emails, defaulting to email.to.

  It then offers thirdshift console install.

• Setup also warns when logs.waiting_line_minutes isn't less than inbox.silent_minutes.

Answers go in the User config's [console] section, keeping its comments.

Acceptance criteria

• Saying yes writes the address and the allowlist to [console], and offers console install.
• Saying no writes nothing for the Console.
• The allowlist defaults to email.to.
• The settings warning appears when it applies.
• Tested with the Setup tests' harness.
