What to build

thirdshift status shows past Commands as well as live ones.

• Recent: after the live Commands, status lists those that ended in the last 24 hours, each with its outcome.
• Everything: status --all lists every Command this machine has logs for, newest first. Each source is used only where the one before it is missing:
  1. Command records.
  2. Activity log start and end lines, with their Command log, for Commands from before records existed. These show their start, end and outcome, without stages.
  3. Session logs, in the current layout, from before the Activity logs began. These are grouped by issue and stamp into one Command each, with no outcome.

Logs in the flat layout from before ADR 0011 aren't read. --json carries the same, and says which source each entry came from.

Acceptance criteria

• A Command that ended an hour ago is listed after the live ones, with its outcome. One that ended two days ago appears only with --all.
• With no Command records, status --all lists Commands from the Activity log and Command log lines, with outcomes and no stages.
• Session logs with no Activity log lines are grouped by issue and stamp into one Command each.
• Session logs in the flat layout are ignored.
• --json marks each entry's source, documented in the README.
• End-to-end tests with fixture logs, building on the Activity log and Command log tests.
