- Add tx-generator to build and symlink steps in scripts and flake.nix
- Update dev environment check to include tx-generator as optional
- Document ENABLE_TX_GENERATOR environment variable in README
- Bump cardonnay dependency to 0.3.3 in pyproject.toml and uv.lock
