Apply Inmerson personal branding

Goal

Remove Warsaw University of Life Sciences and SGGW attribution from the user-facing product and establish the approved personal identity:

Inmerson • Personal Math & Biotech Lab

What changed

• added shared, tested Inmerson branding constants
• redesigned the dashboard identity around Inmerson and Personal Math & Biotech Lab
• renamed the sidebar identity to Inmerson Lab
• personalized the AI assistant greeting
• updated browser title, PWA manifest and application metadata
• updated Capacitor and Android visible app names while preserving package identifiers
• updated README and backend API display identity
• documented the design and implementation plan

Verification

• branding contract failed before implementation because data/branding.ts did not exist
• TypeScript check passed
• 12 tests passed across 5 files
• production build completed successfully
• main-branch CI succeeded after merge
• GitHub Pages deployment succeeded after merge
