Overview
Adds OAuth consent audit events to the action model (oauth-consent-grant/oauth-consent-deny with new ActionOAuth* schemas) and extends action/session metadata with performedByClientId plus OAuth UserSession fields (clientId, landscapeId).

Expands the API contract by adding a dedicated PATCH shareLinkUpdate operation (with optional resetShortId) and updates many operations to document 403 Forbidden responses.

Tightens and enriches schemas by adding ADR markdown content, setting additionalProperties: false on multiple *Import schemas, and updating ModelObjectImport.parentId hierarchy constraints for Group objects.
