## Summary Consolidates the per-scope CompatHelper PRs for ITensorMPS 0.4 into a single PR covering ``Project.toml`` (root) and ``test/Project.toml``. Adds ``0.4`` to the compat range while keeping ``0.3`` reachable for downstream consumers. Rebased onto current ``main``. Closes #30. This pull request changes the compat entry for the
ITensorMPSpackage from0.3to0.3, 0.4.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
