It would be nice to be able to feed a toml file (though I don’t really care about formats)
As well as (but at runtime instead of) command line arguments to saluki.
For things like specifying veto names, probability etc. it’s a bit more repeatable to use a file. For just spaffing data into Kafka or deserialising everything for a topic cli args are much nicer.
