Declare or remove the opid_store development reference #1149
.env.dev still sets TRUSTED_SERVER__SYNTHETIC__OPID_STORE=opid_store, while fastly.toml does not declare an opid_store KV store. The integration-test Viceroy fixture also declares opid_store. These references need to be reconciled with current synthetic-operation settings before deciding whether a store is required; the original PR #1049 finding covered only the development environment reference.
Proposed fix
Trace whether current runtime configuration or tests consume this store. If a store is still required, declare and exercise it consistently in local and deployment configuration. If it was retired, remove stale .env.dev and fixture references. Add a focused consistency check for whichever configuration is retained.
Done when
The intended store behavior is documented and all development, Viceroy and Fastly declarations agree.
No configured store name silently points to an undeclared physical store.
A regression test or config validation catches an inconsistent reference.
