Remove internal spec references from vendored CLI help #1147

Description

The PR #1049 documentation refresh found internal specification references in the help displayed by ts config push --help. The ts CLI delegates config-push arguments and command execution to edgezero_cli, so the wording may need to be corrected in that dependency before this repository can consume it. The exact current help text has not been rechecked in this draft.

Proposed fix

Capture current ts config push --help, identify any internal-only references, correct them at their source, and update the dependency pin if the fix is upstream. Public help should explain the command in operator terms and link only to published operator documentation where needed.

Done when

• The current help output contains no internal spec path or draft-only reference.
• A test or golden assertion guards the public help text against recurrence.
• The corrected dependency revision or local change is recorded, and ordinary config-push behavior is unchanged.
