Improve the message area in Competition View #592

During scrutineering, the message area in the Competition View is frequently used to monitor and review system messages. However, its current size is too small, making longer messages difficult to read and requiring excessive scrolling.

The message area should provide more flexible viewing options, such as:

• Allowing users to resize it by dragging its upper border.
• Adding an option to expand it into a full-screen window or modal.
• Allowing messages to be filtered by type, such as errors, warnings, information messages or debug messages.

These changes would improve readability and make it easier to identify relevant messages quickly during scrutineering.
