PR #281 merged Market Potential into the Human Capital page. The only conflict was in Dashboard.razor, where main changed the Market Potential card's NavLink to /human-capital while this branch had replaced that card - and the whole dashboard - with the landing page. Took this branch's side: the landing page already routes to /human-capital. Also repointed the Financial page's "Details" link from the /market-potential alias to /human-capital, for the same reason main repointed the dashboard's.
