Follow-up typed-schema batch (8 tools).
Migrates ProjectVerify, Refactor, ScheduleCreate/List/Delete, SearchX, SessionQuery, SmartReader to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T]. ScheduleList declares an empty schema; range/0-param tolerance preserved where the original tolerated empty input.
Verified locally: go vet, gofumpt (0 issues), golangci-lint (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
