Follow-up typed-schema batch (7 tools).
Migrates McpAuth, MCPLanguageServerTool, ListMcpResources, ReadMcpResource, NilAway, Revive, AgenticFetch to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T]. ListMcpResources retains empty-input tolerance for optional server filter; Default value tested for NilAway fix param.
Verified locally: go vet, gofumpt (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
