Follow-up typed-schema batch (8 tools).
Migrates Browser, ComputerUse, GenerateMedia, MultiEdit, Patch, Transaction, TodoWrite, ToolHealth to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T]. ToolHealth keeps its empty-input tolerance; nested array/object items verified.
Verified locally: go vet, golangci-lint (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
