Migrates Jobs, LSP, ToolSearch, Toolset, EnterWorktree, ExitWorktree, PowerShell to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T].
Verified locally: go vet, golangci-lint (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
