  • Update AGENTS.md to the shared hawk-eco extension-authoring format

- Remove orphan resolution.go and resolution_test.go (unused types)
- Update Makefile with ldflags, ecosystem-guard, setup, smoke, install targets
- Rewrite README.md with architecture diagram, API reference, ecosystem table
- Standardize CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and SECURITY.md across ecosystem
