Summary
This branch is off an older, diverged checkout of hawk-core-contracts used as hawk's
external/hawk-core-contractsgit submodule. It contains one local commit that was never pushed to origin, which broke hawk's CI (git submodule updatecouldn't fetch the pinned commit since it wasn't reachable on any remote ref).//go:embed VERSIONas single source of truthTest plan
