This PR modifies the API resource type of DataProductDataAsset to correct
dataplex.googleapis.com/DataAsset. This is required for internal compliance monitoring which is incorrectly identifying the deprecatedDataAssetterraform resource to bedataplex.googleapis.com/DataAsset.
