Upgrading to Django 5.x makes the USE_L10N setting obsolete, as it was completely removed in Django 5.0. The settings.py file for this project currently defines USE_L10N = True (line 73 of python/cloud-run-django-hello-world/helloproject/settings.py). Remove this setting from settings.py to align with Django 5.x standards and avoid configuration warnings/errors.

Additionally, Django 3.2+ (including 5.x) expects DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD to be explicitly configured in settings.py to avoid warnings. Add DEFAULT_AUTO_FIELD = 'django.db.models.BigAutoField' to settings.py to define the default primary key field type for models.
