New extension: 3D motion blur (Experimental) #2323

Real-time motion blur post-processing effect for 3D layers.
Since this is a heavy layer effect, I recommend using my "GPU preference" extension too: #2177
How to use the extension
The motion blur is being applied once, changeable anytime with a new event.
