Configure the Web UI feedback entry to open the public OpenBitFun Feishu form in development and packaged builds. Rename the entry and status messages to "User feedback" across supported locales, and use the

Motivation / Impact
Developers running the Web UI in development no longer see a feedback configuration warning, and the entry opens the configured public form URL. The URL is public configuration only; no credentials or secrets are included.
