Publish a compact, AI-optimized digest of the developer docs at the repo root so downstream tools (notably the app-repository add-app skill) can fetch an authoritative summary instead of crawling docs.freeshard.net, where developer-doc sub-pages have been returning 404. Derived from the current docs/developer_docs content plus a short product framing.
Add a repo-local Claude skill that regenerates digest.md from docs/ during a docs release (run manually, not wired into CI). Keeps the published digest authoritative as the docs evolve and lets the add-app skill's 30-day local refresh become a no-op safety net.
