我是项目作者。NanoAvatar 可以在老款 Android 手机上本地生成逼真流畅的数字人视频，响应快，不依赖云端 GPU。已有公开设备记录来自 2023 年的 Z60 Ultra（骁龙 8 Gen 3）。APK 自带模型和人物资源，录音 Experience 模式支持离线体验，无需 API key。
许可范围：NanoAvatar 自有源码采用 MIT，口型模型权重采用 CC BY-NC 4.0。本次只增加一行项目条目，已检查重复项。
