Description

Fixes the embedded HubSpot calendar (/book-demo, /landing/tulip) not showing up in some cases:

• On a reload with cookies already accepted, the cookie banner script could fire its consent callback before the component had mounted, leaving the calendar stuck on the "Choose a time to talk" fallback. The component now checks stored consent on mount and listens for cc:onConsent/cc:onChange instead of the window._ffLoadMeetings global (removed from cookieconsent-config.js).
• When the page was reached again without a full reload (e.g. back/forward after a client-side navigation), the container stayed empty: HubSpot's script only scans for containers once, when it loads. The component now asks it to scan the new container, or waits for it to finish loading first.
• The fallback panel's negative margin no longer clips its top edge when no iframe has loaded.

Also, the sales calendar URL is read from site.meetings.salesRoundRobin instead of being hard-coded in each place, and dataSrc is optional. /landing/tulip moves from the old calendar to the shared one on purpose (the old one was obsolete).
