[No QA] Docs updates for E/A#90402 View transactions link on Expensify Card page

Explanation of Change

This documents the new View transactions shortcut added in #90402. That PR adds a View transactions TextLink under the Current balance amount on the workspace Expensify Card page, which opens Search filtered to the Expensify Card expenses that count toward the current balance.

Adds a new task-based section, How to view the transactions in your Expensify Card current balance, to the existing Set-Up-and-Manage-the-Expensify-Card.md article (in the "Monitor and Manage Cards" area that already documents the workspace Expensify Card page). It explains where the link appears and that it only shows under Current balance (not Remaining limit or Cash back).

All UI labels were verified against the live UI copy in src/languages/en.ts:

• Current balance (workspace.expensifyCard.currentBalance)
• View transactions (workspace.common.viewTransactions)
• Remaining limit (workspace.expensifyCard.remainingLimit)
• Cash back (workspace.expensifyCard.earnedCashback)

The article follows HELPSITE_NAMING_CONVENTIONS.md, HELP_AUTHORING_GUIDELINES.md, and TEMPLATE.md (task-based ## heading, exact bold UI labels, unified web/mobile navigation phrasing, non-rendered screenshot placeholder).
