[NoQA] fix: Metro Hot-Module-Replacement (HMR)/Hot reload not working on mobile

Explanation of Change

Fixes Metro Hot-Module-Replacement (HMR)/Hot reload not working on mobile. The issue was that a in our custom moduleInitPolyfill the inverseDependencies parameter from Metro implementation was not passed along.

PROPOSAL:

Tests

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

1. Open the development app on iOS and Android
2. Navigate to the "Inbox" screen
3. Run the Metro server through npm start
4. Update some JSX/style in code, e.g. add { backgroundColor: 'red'} or similar to some container in SidebarLinks.tsx.
5. Save the file in your editor
6. Verify the App's UI changes
