Low-risk, well-scoped bump. No blocking issues in the diff itself. Recommend non-blockers: (a) confirm the hermes-engine checksum reproduces on the CI/target config, and (b) attach at least one gesture screen-capture per platform before merge given 0% automated coverage on gesture behavior.
