ci: use client-id instead of the deprecated app-id - #47

…of the deprecated app-id actions/create-github-app-token@v3 deprecated its app-id input in favour of client-id. The client ID is public, so it is written inline, matching documents.js, instead of being read from the GH_APP_ID secret.

create-github-app-token@v3 logs "Input 'app-id' has been deprecated, use 'client-id'" on the release job. Switched to client-id with the exadev App's public client ID inline (
gh api /apps/exadev, numeric id 1008913), the same way documents.js does it, instead of reading GH_APP_ID from secrets. GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY is unchanged.
