I really like the idea of a client library, but the library needs some updates to make it safe for development teams to start using in production projects. This library has the potential to grow and standardize the way developers integrate with the Evolution API, enabling more secure and scalable APIs. To support this, a modern environment is required, and this PR aligns with that goal.
