Speakers' avatar images appear to be broken on the sites of 2022, 2023, and 2024. For speakers who had a profile picture, the image links are not resolving correctly. Examples:

• https://ep2022.europython.eu/speaker/sebastiaan-zeeff/

I’m not sure if the issue started after the vercel migration or if it was present earlier. (The images were definitely working during each year's conference days). However, I noticed a consistent typo in the avatar URLs: "porgramme" instead of "programme" across all three years.

For 2024, correcting the typo allows the URL to resolve:

❌ Original broken URL (2024):
https://porgramme.europython.eu/media/avatars/UPWXFZ_8SUI4OW.jpg

However, fixing the typo does not work for 2023 and 2022:

If fixing the links for previous years is too involved, it might be better to remove the avatar field altogether to avoid broken images on the site.

This happened because we tried to do a DNS redirection program.europython.eu -> programme.europython.eu. But we did a little typo. I'm not sure if I have access to change DNS records right now, but I can try in the evening. cc @artcz

So... I looked into it, and it does seem to be more complicated, and with possibly multiple changes required :'D
But looks like the domain is only one of the pieces, the other might be me removing custom domains from the configuration of old events. Let's get back to this when we're doing static builds and moving off-of-vercel on older pages, because I have a feeling that it might be good to change how we build those speaker URLs.

It still doesn't work for the 2022 site. Changing the URL from program to programme, or to pretalx.com doesn't resolve the issue either. Re-running the 2022 programapi (https://programapi.europython.eu/speakers.json) would most likely solve it.

We need to rebuild the 2022 speaker data at programapi.europython.eu which has a different schema than the program api we use today. This is in our bare metal server. I'll try to do that after PyCon US.

This will be delayed at best, and not be fixed at worst, since Pretalx's API has breaking changes. Trying to patch the current Program API is painful as is; I don't want to make changes to the legacy Program API.
