新增插件列表 plugins/herdr-layerfs/：LayerFS for Herdr（https://github.com/jiangkoumo/herdr-plugin-layerfs）。
它把 Herdr（终端里的多 agent 工作区管理器）的每个工作区变成一个 LayerFS Branch：开新分支不复制文件，关闭工作区自动保存，Herdr 或机器重启后自动重新挂载并恢复工作区。agent 可以在自己的 pane 里直接 fork 出新工作区。
• 固定版本：插件 0.2.1（dba17fb30d46acb7daba5ba61e4e0048a01e3d43），LayerFS main ad78914
• 平台：Linux（docker 模式，用 @layerfs/agent）
• 实测：Debian 13、Docker 29、Herdr 0.9.5，603 MB 仓库：导入 3.2 s，开新分支工作区 0.07–0.19 s；server 重启和容器停掉后的重启都恢复了 3/3 个工作区，已保存的文件都在；关闭保存、reopen、drop 正常
• python3 docs/plugins/script/plugin_check.py --online plugins/herdr-layerfs 输出 ok
插件仓库另有 macOS native 模式（依赖 #427），不在这次列表里，#427 合入后再加新版本。
