This is currently fairly held back due to tooling limitations, but will also be a mess in general due to the very very deep rendering changes throughout MC 26.1, most of which are very incompatible with what WECUI tries to achieve.

Most usages of OpenGL are removed in this PR, with the rest gated behind an experimental renderer flag. We're going to need to keep the legacy stuff around likely for mod support, but we'll see what this actually looks like once 26.2 drops and Vulkan is actually available.
