Security release 8.6.3
Updates System.Security.Cryptography.Xml to address five CVEs in the .NET XML signing dependency, reported by grype scanning shortly after the 8.6.2 release.
Vulnerabilities addressed
Package versions per target line
net35 is unaffected; it uses the built-in System.Security assembly and has no package reference.
Testing
Full test suite (6500 tests) run green locally on net481, net8.0, net9.0 and net10.0.
Notes
Security-only release, no functional changes. Follows the same pattern as the 8.5.2 security update.
