Summary

bump the Phala Cloud pre-launch script from v0.0.15 to v0.0.16
handle digest-pinned GHCR image references correctly
fix shell failure handling under set -e
safely unset SSH key environment variables

Validation

bash -n phala-cloud-prelaunch-script/prelaunch.sh
verified GHCR digest, tag, and default reference parsing
verified SSH key cleanup under set -e
