- DhizukuInstaller with HiddenApiBypass for PackageInstaller session
- DhizukuPermission helpers, InstallerType.DHIZUKU, InstallManager integration
- update Droidify Application to allow hidden API exemptions
- add shizuku-like settings toggle and DownloadService handling
- bump libs.versions.toml with dhizuku 2.6.0, hiddenapibypass 6.1
- add Dhizuku permission to AndroidManifest and strings
- keep proguard rules for Dhizuku and hidden APIs
- bump minSdk 23 -> 26, compileSdk 36 -> 37 and add dhizuku/hiddenapibypass dependencies
