Summary

  • Bump version in pyproject.toml from 3.2.1 to 4.0.0
  • Major version bump due to breaking changes already in the codebase (httpx migration, dropping Python 3.9)

Test plan

  • Version-only change, no code impact

Thanks for putting together this release PR to bump the project version for the upcoming reminders update. The change is straightforward and cleanly prepares the package for publishing. However, it is noted that recent unreleased updates include backward-incompatible changes such as switching to httpx and dropping Python 3.9 support, which suggests a major version bump to 4.0.0 would better align with semantic versioning.

Breaking changes already in the codebase (httpx migration, dropping
Python 3.9) warrant a major version bump per semver.
