There was a conversation about the word "ensure" recently. If I remember correctly, Ray said "make certain" is a better alternative. But in any event, we are not giving specific instructions here. Do people need to learn the read the entire documentation before they come here. If we are making strong statements like "ensure" or "make certain", we must give a specific task - read a specific article, but not entire documentation for a product.
