feat: GH-206 offer "Open in DesignSafe" for all things

Fixes #206:

• Added links to all links to Data Depot.
• Simplified relevant few sentences.
• Converted relevant HTML to Markdown.

To Do:

• Get review from stakeholders.
  1. Should all things that can be opened in JupyterHub be opened in JupyterHub?
  2. What about the things that are accompanied by statements that recommend users copy things to their "My Data"?

I worry not everything should be opened in situ, because:

It is recommended that users make a copy of the contents to their directory (My Data) for tests and simulations.

No stakeholder review yet (Autumn is busy, DesignSafe work slowed).

Useful feedback from @silviamazzoni on Sept 25th:

1. The notebooks that should be copied over (likely most) should be opened in JupyterHub.
   ^{The jupyter hub has a file manager/navigation pane which makes it easier to copy the notebooks (and other contents in the folder) over to their own workplace, typically MyData.}
2. Some notebooks do open as notebooks (I think Scott's APIs notebooks) [which is nice if] they are meant to be just sample code, so maybe where [text says "It is recommended…", add] that this is done easily within jupyterhub.
