Description
The Role Permission Chart showed the built-in API Importer role adding, editing and deleting its own notes, and editing other users' notes. The role holds no Note permissions, so it cannot do any of those. This removes the two check marks in the API Importer column.
The matching DefectDojo Pro change makes every notes route enforce Note_Add the same way, including the nested findings, tests and engagements notes routes.
