Update crewAI to support azure

4 small changes:

1. Use REDIS_URL directly so the password included in the REDIS_URL env var can be pass to the redis client
2. Normalize celery cert require param
3. Make celery config to prevent cross-slot error
4. Update embedding model input to list so allow more embedding models to work (Cohere embedding support)
