Do we still want to mention the generic status page, or just the API-specific one?

I don't have a strong opinion but if we remove the generic status page, we then have a 2x2 grid instead of having 5 squares.

While I'd love having symmetry in the design, I think we should keep links to both status pages, though I don't feel particularly strongly either way.

Beyond the scope of this PR, but should the API status page link to the full status page? I notice right now it doesn't
