The Star History chart was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use a new data source that does not require an API token, restoring the chart at the same location.

The Star History chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying chart relies on GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change points the chart to a new source that requires no API token, restoring the chart at the same location.
