What does this PR do?
Add support for ~30 new ArgoCD metrics that were missing from the Datadog integration but documented in ArgoCD's official metrics documentation.
Motivation
Catching up with https://argo-cd.readthedocs.io/en/stable/operator-manual/metrics/
