Workload Protection reorg: Setup page revisions

What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR reorganizes the Workload Protection Setup landing page to present requirements, product enablement, Agent deployment, and follow-on tasks in a clearer sequence.

What changed	Why
Moved the Workload Protection requirements before product enablement and Agent deployment	Helps readers confirm support and identify the appropriate Agent option before beginning setup
Organized the requirements into Agent options, Linux support, and Windows support, with Linux distribution and cloud environment details nested appropriately	Corrects the heading hierarchy and makes support information easier to scan
Removed the numbered section headings and simplified the deployment headings to Linux, AWS Fargate, and Windows	Makes the page structure clearer without presenting every section as a required sequential step
Grouped the playground, advanced Agent configuration, and Automated Response guidance under Next steps	Distinguishes optional follow-on activities from the core setup flow

This changes one file. No support information, deployment instructions, URLs, or documented capabilities were added or removed.
