What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Documents the
resource.local_cache_hitattribute added to the RUM iOS SDK (dd-sdk-ios#3074, RUM-17207) in the iOS Data Collected reference. This boolean indicates a resource was served from the device's local cache; it's only ever sent astrue, neverfalse. iOS-only for now (no Android/Web equivalent shipped yet).Merge instructions
