What Does This Do

We'll soon require image integrity signatures on CI images like this one. This PR uses the internal signed mirror of this image

Motivation

Green CI.

Just curious if we can use latest agent 1.44.0 ?

Just curious if we can use latest agent 1.44.0 ?

@AlexeyKuznetsov-DD I switched to the 1.44.0 version of the image, it seems that unrelated tests are failing with missing API keys, if you could get this merged (or let me know what I need to do) I'd really appreciate it, thanks!
