Description

Moving the Template Item option inside the Edit Metadata tab into a new TAB for Templated Item

Instructions for Reviewers

In Editing Collection, the Template Item functionality will now be available inside a new TAB, with all behavior within the new Tab container, with no redirect to a new page.
