I'll wait to merge this until the release comes to avoid smart exclusions getting added to the current version and breaking the game.

• Remove App.TemplateMatchRegex - Wasn't supposed to be in kvp files
• Remove backup exclusion file downloads - Will remove the exclusions folder in a future PR, keeping so existing instances don't choke prior to the AMP update
• Switch App.SmartExcludeSupported=False to True
• Switch App.QuiesceSettleDelayMilliseconds=5 to 5000
• Add Quiesce commands for Minecraft Bedrock
