Change and scope
Refine PR3148's unchanged coupled T740 construction from its 24-digit endpoint to
kappa = 0.0017297774946785970118869036568178 - 10^-57 - 10^-81.The exact gain over PR3148 is approximately 9.036568178e-25. This is a tiny conditional precision refinement, not a changed word, physical mechanism or selected-frontier update. All recursive charges, 663,549 physical families, 91 buffers and the 1479/2048 prefix bill remain present.
research/coupled-cap740-grid35/PROOF.mdstates the source-bound reuse argument. Native/owner/physical evidence is inherited unchanged from PR3148 and authenticated through its complete stored-release checker. No fresh cold/native replay is claimed. All inherited compiler, physical realization, precision/tape, all-size, analytic and BIT H1-H5 premises remain. This does not claim to exceed the larger numerical headlines of disputed donation overlays #3184/#3190/#3198/#3200/#3251; #3187/#3296 identify their operator objections.Evidence

6f100d4bb5083f8c35d96fd95a539811c62f245c, priority revision 6. Scope changes the independent-moment card to an explicit donor-requested strict refinement; more digits are not claimed as independent physical verification coverage. PR3143 refines T74; PR3135/PR3115 concern earlier T740 inventories. New queue checked through #3359, whose selected-word result is lower.Credit Jeremy Diviney/PR3148, dcharb78/PR3133, Gonzalo Mier/PR3143, Nick Petalas, Marius-Paul Dumitrean, Jeremy Kothe, Mason Hale, Arham Tahir, Sagar Thakrar and the retained geometry/native/owner, moment, assembly, fine-prime, gauge-free, union, BIT and analytic lineage. Notices are retained by reference to unchanged sources. Prepared for dataisfire with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; Apache-2.0. No human or proof-kernel review claimed.
A material gain still requires a cheaper causally legal changed interaction and its whole producer/consumer bill; see TASK.json and README's Open next questions.
